By default we pull through values from the ProductForm field from Onix.

However, many of the original descriptions listed here are often not suitable (e.g. too lengthy, too specific) for our clients' needs - e.g. Paperback / softback (BC)
To tackle this, when building new catalogs, by default Backend will map the ProductForm code sent in Onix to the following list of format descriptions to show on the site instead of using the description list on the ONIX Code Lists links. For example, instead of Paperback / softback , we would just show Paperback:
