How is support charged?

Charges and Fees 

Supadu believes in fair pricing that matches the level of service we provide. An overview of how we determine pricing per ticket can be seen below.

 

Ticket Charge: Your chosen Retainer Plan will determine the minimum fee for each ticket. Please note the minimum time applied to each ticket is 15 minutes but usually most tickets require an hour especially if investigation is required.. If we aren't able to resolve the request or determine the cause within the minimum time applied, we will provide feedback with further steps. This also applies to quotes for new work.

 

Jira Access: Your Retainer Plan sets out how many jira logins you have purchased. Any Jira logins required outside of your retainer plan will be added to your annual fee. 

 

Maintenance and Annual fee: To find out what is covered in your annual fee please refer to your contract.
