What if my site goes down?

We have various safeguards in place to monitor sites however we do not offer 24hrs monitoring. Should your site go down - and we have not contacted you - please contact  [e-mail] immediately. We aim to notify you of the status of the issue within 4 business hours upon receipt of JIRA ticket or identification of issue.
